View owner and availability

In this support article you will read how to grant access rights to owners to view the availability of their accommodation.

You can determine for each owner whether or not they can view the availability. When authorized, the owners have access to an availability calendar from their own portal.

Activate existing agreement function

1. Go to the Accommodation
2. Click on the tab Owners;
3. You can choose to Edit an existing agreement by clicking on the starting date or you can add a new change by clicking + New;


4. Click Can view availability;
5. Save your changes by clicking Save Agreement.


If an owner is allowed to view availability, you can then select whether or not the owner can create blocked periods.
