In this support article you will read how owners can use a promotional link to promote their accommodation by using Booking Experts.

When an owner wishes to rent out their own accommodation, the owner can use the uniquely created promotional link. When using this link to create a reservation, the reservation will display that the promotional link was used. If a different commission agreement is applicable, this will be taken into account when creating the rent settlement. A promotional link is available for each accommodation. In other words, it is not dependent on whether or not the owner is allowed to rent out their own accommodation.
