Make owner reservation in the back office

In this support article you will read how to make a reservation for an owner in the back office of Booking Experts.

It is possible to make a back office reservation for an owner for his own accommodation. Note: you can only do this if an owner is 'Active'.

To do this, you can follow the following steps:

1. Search for the owner using the general search field (right top of screen);
2. Click on the owner. You will now see the overview of the owner's accommodation;
3. Click on Reserve in back office to make a reservation for the owner;

4. Fill in the date and number of guests;

5. Click on Create reservation to save the reservation for the owner.

The reservation is created with the channel 'Owners'.
