In this article, we explain how to export an owner's data and how to anonymize an owner.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), an owner has the right to request access to his data. Does an owner request access to the data that you have processed about him her? Then you have to show the owner everything you have processed about him. In addition to the right of access to his / her data, the owner can also request the removal of his/her data that you have processed from him/her.
To make this easy for you as an organization, we have added a function for the owner card that allows you to export all information about an owner. In addition, you can anonymize the owner in the same place.
1. Search for the owner via the search field at the top right;
2. Open the owner card by clicking on the owner's name;
3. Click the Personal data button;
4. Here you can export all information of the owner, as far as this information is in Booking Experts.
Note: Labels and notes in reservations and notes in the owner card are also included in the export files.
In addition to exporting an owner's data, you also have the option to anonymize an owner. You can only anonymize an owner if there are no outstanding (future) reservations, no active owner agreements and the owner is inactive.
