Pricing rules

🇳🇱 Nederlandse vertaling

In this support article, we explain what a pricing rule is and how to set it up for your price list(s).

1. Creating a pricing rule
2. Changing a pricing rule
3. Deleting a pricing rule
4. Ex- or import pricing rules
5. Activating night prices

1. Creating a pricing rule

With price rules you get the opportunity to encourage longer stays.
The calculation that you set for the price rule ensures that the nightly rates of the corresponding period are, for example, 10% cheaper after 3 nights. You can also give a fixed amount of discount per night.
You also have the option of activating nightly rates in a certain period for stays of at least 3 nights. For example, you can choose to offer a minimum of 3 nights during the weekend, but still include night rates.
Please note! The price rules are not calculated over fixed sets of nights. If you offer for example in a period only a stay of 3 nights, no discount will be calculated.

1. The Setup tab;
2. Choose Price lists;

5. Activating night prices

When activating prices, you set the inactive night prices to be activated.
Advantages:
  • You don't have to calculate and set a set of prices anymore and you can copy them to all your price lists very easily,
  • You can easily anticipate certain periods and deactivate them again
  • It is flexible. If, for example, you want to book 3 nights in a certain period, you just set the rule and for which days it is valid

Note: Make sure your night prices are off, as screenshot below:
