1. Can I link a receipt printer?

You can! Receipts can be printed via a thermal receipt printer. You can link a receipt printer to a cash drawer. To do so, go to the POS module. Click Edit. Enter the receipt printer printer host or domain name. Enter the printer port.
Define the number of characters per line for the receipt printer. Click 'Update register' to add the printer.

2. Where can I change the number for the cash register printer?

It can happen that the IP number of the receipt printer changes. You can change this by editing the cash register with the pencil icon.

3. Can we connect an PIN device to the cash register?

That is possible. There are now links with several companies for PIN devices. For a complete overview, please visit the App Store.

4. Can I change the layout of the receipt?

De kassabon heeft een vaste lay-out. Het is dus niet mogelijk om hier zelf wijzigingen in aan te brengen.

5. Can I add a payment method to the POS?

For each payment method, you can decide whether it should also be available for the cashier. If a payment method is missing, you can change it by editing the payment method. To do this, go to the Financial tab and select Payment methods in the right-hand submenu. Click the name of the payment method you want to add.
