The TickSys app allows you to link Booking Experts to TickSys software and your administration. In this article, we explain how to install it for your own administration(s).

1. Installing the application

To install the application, you need to have access to the App Store, in which case a market stall will appear at the top of your Booking Experts menu bar. If you do not see this, you do not have the appropriate permissions. Organisation managers have access to the App Store.

1. Click on the App Store icon;
2. Then select the Ticksys app;

3. At the application, click +Install;

4. Here you can see an overview of what the application can see in your administration(s);
5. Choose the administration(s) for which this application should be installed and click Install;

6. Contact TickSys at info@ticksys.nl and in the meantime, get started in the free Demo, or log in to TickSys to set up the link immediately if you already have an account:

Synchronisation with Booking Experts:

TickSys retrieves types, rental objects, and reservations from Booking Experts. You can then quickly create your cleaning schedule from this. Every night TickSys initiates a synchronisation so that your TickSys environment is always up-to-date. Sudden change? Within TickSys you can also start a manual synchronisation.


Key features of the TickSys app:

  • Each user gets a linked environment with Booking Experts. In addition, TickSys offers the following features:
  • Easily create tasks or work to be solved immediately or planned for the future.
  • Create tasks for future preventive checks of fire alarms, central heating maintenance and the like.
  • The link with Booking Experts allows TickSys to create a schedule of objects to be cleaned in a matter of seconds.
  • Employees of the cleaning service have their own cleaning App.
  • During the cleaning of a location, it is known at reception whether it has been reported dirty, pending or clean.
  • Registration of hours made and materials used.
  • All tasks performed are stored by TickSys.
  • Memo function for main points of attention per department or person.
  • Per task location function of a location based on GPS coordinates.
  • External companies can also log in to TickSys to handle tasks.
  • TickSys can be downloaded via the Play Store and App Store. In addition, a web version is also available for reception/technical services
