Portal settings
The portal settings are the settings you use for your Search and Book on the website. Here you specify what information you want to receive from the main booker when making a booking. The only one required for the guest to fill in is the email address, this is because this is where we send the booking confirmation and other relevant templates and car emails. Also using the email address, a guest card is created which they can use to access the Customer portal. The rest is all optional to request.
In addition, you have the option to specify the contact options. These are the contact options that the guest will see at the top during booking under the 'Need help' button.
The last tick is about on-site costs. In cost items, you have the option to let guests pay it on location. If you have this tick on, those costs will not show up in the search and book as still to be paid on arrival.
This is an organisation function, you need organisation manager rights to get insight into this.
