Brands and portals
In the Brands and Portals module, via the cog icon, you can set your own brands, personalise your Customer portal and find the settings for Search and Book.
Brands
Under Brands you can add different brands, for example, if you work under an organisation but are your own park, you have a brand for the organisation but also for your own park. For example, you can choose which brand becomes the default. A default brand, the logo and name, will be displayed on guest invoices.
Customer portal widgets
With the My environment, you give guests the possibility to view and upgrade their reservations. You can customise this environment using widgets. Behind these widgets is a link, for example to your own website or an external party. The guest can also upgrade by means of Costs that you have set to be added in the Customer portal.
Portal settings
Through the portal settings, you have control over the information you request from the main booker during the booking process. Only the email address is mandatory to ask, the rest you can specify yourself. You cannot add questions here yourself that are not in this list. For example, if the guest tells you that they take too long to fill in information, you can change this to fewer questions in the portal settings.
