Welcome message Customer portal

Under the portal settings, via brands and portals, you will find the option to write a welcome message in the Customer portal. The text you write here can be found in a yellow block as soon as the guest opens his/her Customer portal.

You can personalise this message using the + add a variable button. This allows you to personalise all Customer portals by naming the first and last name or, for example, making the greeting formal or informal.

This is an organisation feature, you need organisation manager right to get insight into this.
