Customer portal on your website

In Booking Experts, it is possible for guests to view their made reservations and select specific upgrades in the: 'Customer Portal'. This ensures that guests can add upgrades not only during booking but also before check-in. Using auto emails, you can reference this for additional revenue.


There is a widget in the CMS where guests can enter their email address, after which they will receive a link to the 'Customer portal'. There is also a special template for this that you can enable so that the guest receives this link anyway. The best way to add this environment to your website is to create a new extra page. Then, in the content, you can add the widget. In the end, it would look like this:

Next, it is important to link the Customer portal page in the CMS under headers. Here, under 'Customer portal', link the extra page you just created.
