Want to link with Pay? In this article, we'll explain the best way to go about it.

Create an account

Want online payments to be handled properly and want an on-site payment solution via PIN? Then Pay is a great solution. The pin terminals automatically load through the App with Booking Experts. No separate set-up is needed for this. You can also charge back via the Pay pin terminals.

Create an account here. Check the box for a promotion or partner code and enter: BOOKINGEXPERTS. Go through all the steps and register your account.

Installing the application

To install the application, you must have access to the App Store. here you will find the App Store where Pay's app can be found. Once you have opened the App Store choose 'Pay' and click 'install'.

Connect payment provider

Once you have created an account and installed the Pay app, you can link it in Booking Experts. It is possible to create a payment provider per administration and currency. How to do that, you can read here.

Do you use pinterminals from Pay that you want to link? Then you need to turn on the cash register. When you use the checkout via Pay, choose which payment method you want to use for this and which invoices it applies to. If necessary, assign the payment provider app to the relevant currency. Finally, click 'settings' and enter the requested information.

Pin payment through Pay terminals

If you book a payment on through the POS or on a Reservation and you choose the payment method 'pin', the Pay screen will open, allowing you to control the desired pinter terminal. Do you have multiple terminals? Then you have a choice with each payment.
