Planboard - Display mode, colours and symbols

The Planboard has three display modes. Each display mode has different colours and these colours all have their own meaning. Symbols are also used that clarify the status of a Reservation.

Symbols

The following symbols are used on the Planboard:

  • Dog leg; pets allowed;
  • Pin; guest has specifically chosen this accommodation;
  • Exclamation mark; blocking open tasks;
  • Portrait cut-out; Guests are present (Reservation checked in and not checked out);
  • Tick mark; there are open tasks;
  • Clock; the payment deadline has passed;
  • Euro; the Reservation has not been paid in full;
  • Plane; the invoice has yet to be sent.

Standard view

In the standard view, you can see the origin of the Reservation with colours.

  • Green; back office;
  • Blue; front office;
  • Pink/purple; tour operator;
  • Orange; Owners;
  • Grey; blocked period.

Payments & tasks

The Payments & Tasks view shows the payment status of the reservation.

  • Red; the deadline for a payment or task has already passed;
  • Orange; invoices are still open, but the payment deadline has not passed;
  • Grey; there are no details. Reservation has been paid in full and there are no outstanding tasks.

Attendance

The presence view shows whether a guest has checked in. Useful if you want to shuffle reservations to see which accommodation is free, for example if Guests arrive earlier than planned.

  • Blue: checked in;
  • Grey; not checked in.
