Planning board - Move reservation
The Planboard allows you to move and swap reservations.
Moving a reservation
This is how you move a Reservation:
- Click the Reservation you want to move;
- The Reservation appears on the right-hand side of your screen. At the bottom, select Move;
- Select the desired accommodation you want to move the Reservation to, or click the desired accommodation in the Planboard;
- Choose whether you want a new invoice to be created. Creating a new invoice is useful if, for example, you enter an upgrade to a more expensive accommodation;
- Then choose Move.
Exchange multiple reservations at the same time
It is possible to exchange several reservations at the same time. Suppose you have three reservations. The first Reservation is from 1 to 7 January on Accommodation A, the second Reservation from 7 to 14 January on Accommodation A and the third Reservation from 1 to 14 January on Accommodation B. You can change all three reservations at once.
To do so, follow the same steps as for moving a Reservation. Only in step 5 do you select exchange.
