Planboard - Opening and closing
There are several ways to switch between Booking Experts and the Planboard.
You can open the Planboard in Booking Experts or in a separate tab.
Opening and closing Planboard
You can open the Planboard by clicking the Planboard button at the top of the black bar. To return to Booking Experts, click the Booking Experts button in the black bar.
Hold down the ctrl/cmd button while clicking the Planboard button. This opens the Planboard in a separate tab, allowing you to easily switch between the Planboard and Booking Experts.
Switching to the Planboard from a Reservation
In the Reservation, click the View on Planboard button. Again, you can hold down the ctrl/cmd button while clicking it to open the Planboard in a separate tab.
Returning to Booking Experts from a reservation in the Planboard
If you click on a reservation in the Planboard, a summary of the reservation opens on the right-hand side of your screen. Then click on the reservation number or the guest's name to open the reservation in Booking Experts.
