Payment methods
In Booking Experts you can create your own payment methods. You do this when you want to file certain payments under a commission or transfer, for example.
Creating payment methods
Go to the tab Financial and in the right submenu choose Payment methods. At the top with the flags it is possible to set the desired languages. Choose the Ledger accounts you want to link to the payment method.
If a payment method may also be used for POS, you can check it.
Want to change the order of Payment methods? You can! You do this by clicking on the dashes in front of the method name and dragging it to the desired place.
Archiving payment methods
If you no longer use Payment methods, you can archive them. To do so, open the corresponding payment method and click on archive at the top right. Note: the system payment methods cannot be archived. If you want to revert to archiving, click on 'Activate'.
