Terms and conditions on the website

If you use the CMS in addition to Booking Experts, you can use the General Terms and Conditions widget to highlight the terms and conditions on the website.

It is not necessary to make guests agree to your terms and conditions by checking a box. It is sufficient if, during the reservation process, you have brought the terms and conditions to the guest's attention and you have given them the opportunity to view them, for example, by putting them on the website or referring to the reservation confirmation.
