Download Facebook invoice
When you have paid for an ad on Facebook, you will receive a receipt that contains detailed information about the transaction. This receipt provides insight into the amount spent, the reason for the billing and the campaigns on which the budget was spent, among other things.
To access your receipts, follow these steps in the 'Advertisement management':
- Go to the 'Invoices' section of 'Advertisement management'.
- In the list of transactions, find the date you want and select it from the drop-down menu next to the transactions.
You can also search for specific charges in this screen. You do this by clicking on 'Search by reference number' at the top right of your transactions. Reference numbers are used to find advertising charges on your credit card statements.
- Find the specific transaction for which you want to receive an invoice. Hover over the Transaction ID link and click 'Download'. Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file.
If you want to download all invoices at once, select the 'Download all invoices' option. This button is located in the toolbar where you can also set dates and filters.
