Reservation labels

As a user, you can label a reservation because, for example, it needs some preparation before arrival. By adding a label, you are reminded of this. The relevant label will also appear in the overview of reservations and you can even filter it. In this support article, we explain how you can add a reservation and what the advantages of this are.

Reservation labels are for internal use only, so guests cannot see these labels.

Creating new reservation labels

New owner labels can be created via the labels submenu in the 'reservations' tab. Here you can give the labels a name, emoji or symbol, and a colour. Similarly, you can also edit or archive existing labels.

Add reservation label

You can add reservation labels by clicking on the pen behind 'no labels' - or behind already assigned labels - at the reservation in question. You can then add a label by entering the name or choosing from the dropdown menu. This also allows you to add several labels at once.

Reservation labels are ideal if guests have expressed certain wishes or if they make a reservation for a special reason. Examples of such reservation labels are: 'family outing', 'group reservation', or 'winter package'.

Reservation labels and overviews

In addition to the functionality of reservation labels in displaying details about reservations, you can also use them to create overviews. For example, you can quickly export an overview of all reservations booked with a certain package, or of all reservations made by groups of friends.

A reservation label can also be used, for example, for reservations that are still under option, or for long-term reservations made by seasonal guests.
