Linking Statistics with Google Spreadsheets

Statistics from Booking Experts can be exported to Google Spreadsheets using the "link function''. You can use this to make deeper analyses of certain statistics.


Go to Statistics and select the data you want to see, for example the booked turnover per month of last year. Then click the Link button.

Note: The country setting in Google Spreadsheets must be changed to United States before pasting the link function. You do this by clicking File and then Spreadsheet settings. Under Country setting, United States must be selected.

The link formula can then be pasted into Spreadsheets. You do this by selecting a cell and pasting the formula.

Note: The dates are pasted without formatting and therefore some things will need to be changed. For example, to display a date correctly, select the column and go to Formatting and then Number. Select the desired display.

Note: We provide support from Booking Experts & Booking Boosters on using Statistics, but not on making deeper analyses and processing in Google Spreadsheets.
