In this support article you will read how to create, edit and delete a todo list.

You can assign todos to todo lists. This allows you to generate lists for eg the cleaning or technical service department. You can give access to third parties to inspect these lists and to check them off.

1. Create todo list

Create todo list

By default, three todo lists have been generated. You can create, edit or delete your own list.

1. Go to the Todo tab;
2. In the right submenu select Todo lists;
3. Click New;

4. Enter the name of the todo list;
5. Click Add todo list.


Edit todo list

You can edit a todo list if you want to rename it for example.

1. Go to the Todo tab;
2. In the right hand submenu select Todo lists;
3. Hover with your mouse on the Todo list to edit;

4. Apply the changes;
5. Save the changes.


Delete todo list

It is only possible to delete a todo list if there are no todos linked to it in the past or in the future.

1. Go to the Todo tab;
2. In the right hand submenu select Todo lists;
3. Hover with your mouse on the Todo list to delete;
4. Click on the right on& Edit;
5. Click Delete.
