Administration settings - Guests
In Administration settings on the Guests tab, you can set which guest groups you want to hide, set ages, exclude postcodes for tourist tax, and adjust guest list settings.
Hidden guest types
It is possible to hide guest types on your website. Say you have a park where pets are not allowed, you can choose to hide pets. The guest can then tick no pets when entering the travel party. You can do the same for the guest types seniors, youngsters and babies.
The guest types children and adults cannot be hidden.
Set ages
For each guest type you can set the maximum age. For seniors, you can only enter a minimum age. Entering ages can be useful if, for example, the tourist tax applies from a certain age. In Costs, you can then tick which guest type this applies to.
If you hide guest types, you cannot enter an age for this guest type either.
Guest list
As a park, you can choose to request personal details for each guest. These include First name, Last name, Date of birth, passport number and gender. Guests are requested to fill in the data after making the Reservation. If he/she does not do so, they will still receive a request to fill in these details two days before arrival.
Guest list settings
Here you can specify which details you want to ask for, which identity documents can/may be provided and for whom in the Reservation you want to record these details.
