Standard channel for back office reservations

You can set a default channel for backoffice reservations. Useful if you work with other channels for backoffice reservations than the default channel 'Backoffice'. You no longer have to adjust the channel for each manual backoffice reservation.


This can be done via the Channels overview. The check mark in front of the channel name indicates whether it is the default channel.


If you want to change the default channel, you can do so when editing the channel. An example of having a different default channel than back office can be if you work from a Tour Operator or an external party.
