Distribution via various channels
You can distribute your offer by advertising through channels. These channels allow you to reach guests you wouldn't reach otherwise, and receive bookings this way. Consider which partners suit your business, and contact them before making the connection via the App Store.
App Store connections
In the BEX App Store, you'll find apps of various partners that you can use to directly link to your BEX PMS. Each channel is different, so the link itself may differ too. Some channels read all relevant information from your PMS through the app link, with other channels this information transfer is limited. Some channels invoice the guest, others only make the reservation in the BEX PMS and leave the invoicing to you.
Direct links
For most channels, you give permission for data exchange during installation of the app. This encompasses your prices, cost items, and availability, but may also include photo's and descriptions of types and/or objects.
iCal links
Some apps link through iCal. This means that your availability is synchronized between your calendar and the channel calendar. If a channel does not have a direct link available, an iCal link might still be possible.
Qenner
In the App Store, you'll see that multiple app connections are managed by Qenner. Qenner is a channel manager, facilitating the link between BEX PMS and the channel partner. To use these links, you need an agreement with Qenner.
Affiliate marketing
With affiliate marketing, you place adverts on other websites, that link back to you own website. If website visitors end up making a booking with you through such an advert, the affiliate party is rewarded. Among others, Google Hotel Ads offers affiliate marketing services to distribute your ads. The associated app connection ensures this service runs smoothly.
