Guests pay on arrival
In the settings of a channel, it is possible to indicate that the guest pays the invoice upon arrival at your park. Guests receive a booking confirmation with invoice after booking. The confirmation indicates that the invoice can be paid at the park. In addition, the guest is offered the option to pay in advance via a payment link.
If you choose this setting, the payment term of the invoice is set by default to the day after arrival.
Set the guest to pay on arrival
Via the cog icon, go to Channels. Click on the desired channel and click edit.
Go to the Other billing settings section and tick Guest invoice can be paid on arrival. To save this, click Save Channels.
