Linking Pipedrive to the CMS

If you want to use Pipedrive you will need to purchase a license from Pipedrive. They offer several subscriptions suitable for any size of organization. Once you have a subscription, it is possible to link directly from the website to Pipedrive. With a direct link, you receive all requests received via the website directly in your Pipedrive dashboard. In the case of a viewing, in addition to a lead, an activity will also be created in Pipedrive showing the date and time of the viewing.

Follow the steps below to create a direct link to Pipedrive.

API token from Pipedrive

  • Log in to Pipedrive.
  • Go to 'Settings' and then 'Personal preferences'.
  • In the 'API' tab, find the personal API token.

Link Pipedrive API token to the website

  • Log in to the BEX CMS system and go to 'Site settings'.
  • Under the heading 'Sales' is the field 'Pipedrive API token' paste your personal API token from Pipedrive here.
  • If you set up the Pipedrive link later and want to sync the prospects, you can do so via 'Prospects' under 'Sales' in the menu.

In Pipedrive, the prospects are created in the deals tab.
