Planboard for Development

Of course for us at Booking Experts it is very important to receive user feedback and input. For this very reason we have created an extensive planboard for future development.

Processing the wishes

Because Booking Experts is always being developed and expanded, the Customer Success team keeps track of all user requests or questions and incorporates them into a planning board. This way, we always know what features are needed, what changes need to be made or what workflows need to be rebuilt.

Do you have a request for a feature or option that is not yet implemented in Booking Experts, but could be very useful? Then email these to support@bookingexperts.nl. We will then discuss these requests internally to see what is possible.

Process of handling

After the request or desire is added to the internal scheduling board, it is generally discussed in detail by our Customer Success team within two weeks. Does this request occur more frequently and/or is the request deemed valuable to several of our users? Then the request will be forwarded to the appropriate technical team within Booking Experts. This technical team then determines on what timeframe the request will be addressed. Is a quick solution needed? Then it will be done! Is the request part of a larger project? Then it can sometimes take a little longer before the request is implemented.
