Open payments and todos on the dashboard

This article tells you how to work open payments and tasks on the dashboard page.

Payments

In the overview of check-ins and check-outs, you get an immediate insight into whether the reservation has been paid by the guest. When the amount has been paid in full, it says 'Paid'. If there is still an outstanding amount, the outstanding amount is shown in red.

Tasks

In the overview of check-ins and check-outs you can also see whether the tasks necessary for checking in the guest have been done and ticked off. If the list of tasks shows 0/4, this means that zero of the four tasks created during the reservation have been completed. When these tasks are colored red it means that they should be done before the arrival of the visitor. When the tasks are colored green it means the tasks have been done.
