In this support article you will read how to use the todo module, and what all information and filters include.
With the module todos you get an overview of all things that have to be arranged on a certain day. These can be things concerning the cleaning for leaving or arriving guests, things that have to be prepared before arrival, things that have to be repaired by the technical service.

Planned todos
With planned todos you immediately get the overview of the todos that have already been planned. By default you see the todos until today.
- Is the data colored red? That means that the todo should have already been done.
- Is an alarm bell shown? This indicates a change in the accommodation concerned.
- In the overview you can immediately see when the next check in is happening in the accommodation concerned.
- You can edit a task by clicking on the task.
- You can view todos per day or for a certain period by using the Calendar.
- You can filter todos on todo list to look at all todos on that list.
- You can export todos by clicking on Export.
- You can manually create a new todo by clicking on New todo.
- You can complete all scheduled task at the same time by clicking on Complete all these tasks.
- You can check off todos that are finished so that these will go to the overview of the finished todos.

Planned todos - Totals
You can view the totals of the planned todos in the period. For example, you can see for the coming week how many linen packs, baby chairs etc. are needed.
1. Go to the tab Todos;
2. Choose in the submenu on the right for Planned todos;
3. Select the tab Totals;
4. If desired you can filter on period and/or todo list;
5. If desired you can Export this data.

Completed todos
Todos that are checked off are placed in the overview of finished tasks. Whenever you want you can put a todo back into the overview of planned todos by turning off the check mark.
1. Go to the tab Todos;
2. Choose in the submenu on the right Finished todos;
3. If desired you can filter on date and/or tasks list;
4. If desired you can print the overview by clicking on Print;
5. If desired you can export the overview by clicking on Export;
6. When you want to put a todo back into the overview you can turn the check mark off.

Completed todos - Totals
You can look up the totals of the finished tasks in the period. For example, you can see for the past month how many linen packs, baby chairs etc. were used.

3. Select the tab Totals;
4. If desired you can filter on period and/or todo list;

6. If desired you can Print this data.

Taxable todos
Tasks that have been completed and must be taxed can be found in the taxable todos.
1. Go to the tab Todos;
2. Choose in the submenu on the right Taxable todos;
3. If desired you can filter on date and/or tasks list;
4. If desired you can filter on invoiced- and not invoiced tasks;
5. If desired you can print the overview by clicking on Print;
6. If desired you can export the overview by clicking on Export.

Taxable todos - Totals
You can look up the totals of the taxable todos in the period.
1. Go to the tab Todos;
2. Choose in the submenu on the right Taxable todos;
3. Select the tab Totals;
4. If desired you can filter on period and/or todo list;
5. If desired you can filter on invoiced- and not invoiced tasks;
6. If desired you can Export this data;
7. If desired you can Print this data.

Checked todos
Some todos that are checked off you want to have checked by for example a colleague. Think for example about todos that you want to send through to the owner. These checked todos can be found in this overview.
1. Go to the tab Todos;
2. Choose in the submenu on the right Checked todos;
3. If desired you can filter on date, tasks list or invoiced yes/no;
4. If desired you can print the overview by clicking on Print;
5. If desired you can export the overview by clicking on Export.

Checked todos - Totals
For the checked todos you can see the totals of the todos that have been checked in a certain period.
1. Go to the tab Todos;
2. Choose in the submenu on the right for Checked todos;
3. Select the tab Totals;
4. If desired you can filter on period, tasks list, invoiced yes/no;
5. If desired you can Export this data;
6. If desired you can Print this data.
