Add object

'Sales objects' are added manually in BEX CMS. To add a new object, go to 'Sales', 'Object' and click on 'New' in BEX CMS. In this overview screen you can enter various data.

General

Fill in general information about the object.

• 'Name' Enter the type in combination with the lot number, for example.
• 'Category' Select the category in which the property falls.
• 'Brief description' Enter a brief description of the property.
• 'Description' Place the full description of the property, facilities and returns here.
• 'Status' Select the status of the property here, such as: new, available or sold.
• 'Investment Return Label' Provide the property with a short label, such as the return, quantity available or a unique selling point (USP). This label will appear in the search results.
• 'Publication date' Leave this blank to not publish the property.

Specifications

In the specifications you need to fill in the standard information fields such as 'Number of bedrooms', 'Number of bathrooms' and 'Living space'.

In the 'Tags' field, add relevant tags that can be used to filter the property overview. Examples are 'Sauna' or 'Wellness'. (The 'Review' field is not relevant for sales).

Media

At 'Media' you can embed a YouTube video or show a virtual tour. Enter the link to the video in the appropriate field or use an iframe URL to display the video on the website. An iframe allows an HTML page to be embedded on the website.

Advertised price and Price schedue

In the 'Advertised price' section, the price of the property is entered.

To display the advertised price on the website you need to check the option 'Include advertised price in price schedule' in the 'Price schedule' section. Here you can also add fields to show additional costs such as the plot, investment or landscaping.

Owner details

Enter the contact details of the owner here.

Add 'Pictures', 'Floor plan' and 'Object documents'.

After the object is saved, you can add 'Images' and 'Floor plans'. When adding new images, it is advisable to tag them so that the images can be found easily.
