Using multiple Currencies

There are several reasons to use multiple currencies. Your park could have locations all over Europe, where Pounds, Euros, Krones, and Francs are all used. During the onboarding process, you and the team at Booking Experts determine which currencies are necessary for operation.

These administrative settings can also be adjusted at a later time, which is useful when your park acquires a new location in a different country.

Currently, Booking Experts supports the following currencies: EUR, USD, CHF, CZK, TRY, CVE, ANG, GBP, and NOK.

Would you like to work with USD in your system, but allow guests to pay in any currency as they want? It is possible to distinguish between the internal currency used in your back office and the options available to guests for payment.

In a reservation, the system will automatically set the invoice and orders to the currency chosen by the guest. Therefore, the guest will receive a tailored invoice in the currency they find most convenient.


Currency exchange rates

When working with multiple currencies, it is impossible to avoid currency rates in your system, as exchanges will be necessary. We also have a detailed article about currency rates and how to adjust them.
