I want distribute tasks among executors, but I can't find the relevant executor in the overview?
When you want to start distributing tasks among executors for a certain task list, you need to make sure the relevant executors have been added in the task list settings.
Will the person who created the task receive an email with the executor's time registration?
No, because everyone can create tasks for the various task lists. You will only be notified of the time registration by email if you are the task list planner.
Can I personalize the email/text message to the executor/planner?
It is not possible to edit the emails or text messages yourself. We do not plan to make this possible in the future.
A text message is often limited to a certain number of characters. When you edit this, it can change the link that is sent with the message and create problems.
Executors are always 'at work' when they are logged in. Do they not disappear when they are logged out?
"It would be ideal if those that are logged in are visible. This way, we would avoid assigning an urgent task to an executor that already went home for the day."
You can always assign tasks to executors, even when they are not currently at work in the app. This is so you can also plan for the future. Being able to only assign tasks to those that are online would restrict you when creating a planning.
Can the emails to the planner be turned off?
"The planner logs in every morning to distribute the tasks and does not want to receive an email for each new task."
It is not possible to turn off the email messages sent to the planner when a new task is created. You are not able to turn this off so that you will not miss any tasks in your task list.
What you could do is regulate the emails arriving in your inbox. The emails about newly created tasks can then directly be sent to a separate folder.
Is a physical app available for download to my phone or tablet?
No, a physical app is not available. The Tasks app will only be available as a mobile web app, as a phone app has to be updated which makes it so parts can not directly be processed.
Where can I find the planned tasks?
Scheduled todo's for a reservation can be found at several places in the system. Notably, in the overview of the scheduled todo's and per reservation in the booking overview. In addition, the todo's that have to be done before arrival are displayed at the upcoming check-ins. These todo's can also be seen in a booking overview on the planning board.

What is the meaning of the symbol of a figure with a cross behind a todo?
This symbol in a todo shows if a guest has checked in. The symbol indicates that the accommodation may be occupied. An administrator also sees this symbol.
