Set cancellation costs

In this article you can read how you can set cancellation costs and the period that is given.
It is possible to set the cancellation policy in advance. You can indicate per term until arrival how much percent of the rent or of the total amount of the invoice must be invoiced for cancellation costs.
Setting cancellation costs
1. Go to the park settings via the gear wheel;
2. Choose in the right sub menu for the sub tab Cancellation policy.
3. Select the options that are applicable:
- Considering cancellation costs as rent: Because of this the cancellation costs will be calculated in the rent settlement with the owner;
- Cancellation costs over the total amount: when ticked, also on all the other costs, cancellation costs are calculated, instead of only on the rent;
- Including non invoiced costs: the cancellation costs will also be calculated on costs that have not been invoiced directly
4. When you fill in the remaining data, cancellation costs will be calculated automatically according to the entered settlement when a reservation is being canceled.
In case the 2nd and 3rd option are combined, cancellation costs will be calculated on all the costs (including non invoiced rent).
