Hotek App
Your Mobile Key is part of Hotek Hospitality Group and offers a fully cloud hosted platform that allows you to always be able to communicate directly with your customer, colleague or guest.
How does the Hotek App work?
When Booking Experts automatically checks in the reservation, a digital key is sent to the guest via SMS and/or email. The guest can access this link via the Guest Compass app. The guest can then open the room door using the key in the Guest Compass app. Access is automatically revoked when Booking Experts checks out the reservation.
Installing Hotek app
Setting up a link between Hotek door locks and Booking Experts requires additional arrangements with GuestCompass. You can contact them so they can set up the link.
Before installing this app, make sure you are logged into the Guestcompass environment.
Download the Hotek App from the Booking Experts App store. Click on Install. You will then be redirected to Hotek's landing page. Click on ‘Link’. When the link is established, a ‘Successfully linked’ message will appear.
Are several locations registered under the administration? Then choose the administration you want to link to.
You can now close the page, or go directly to the details of the app link via the Booking Experts button.
From now on, Booking Experts will automatically post checking, move, guest_list_update or check-out to the webhook for each reservation.
