Refundable and non-refundable rates
It is possible to work with different prices in different channels. This may include, for example, higher prices if the guest is given the option to cancel within a certain predefined period. These are called refundable prices.
On the other hand, if the guest is offered a lower price but in return waives their right to cancel, we call this a non-refundable rate. This will not be refunded if cancelled.
Different conditions can be set for each rate plan. When a reservation is booked under a specific rate plan, these conditions are incorporated into the Booking Experts booking. This way you can, for example, apply a stricter cancellation policy when offering your guests a lower price.

How are the different rate plans linked?
In the connection with the channel, we set up the rate plans per accommodation type.
This allows you to indicate which accommodations should be linked to which rate and which should not.
Within this connection, it is only possible to increase or decrease the price by a percentage. It is not possible to charge a fixed amount per night in this way.
