Verbleif App

The Verbleif app allows you to link Booking Experts to Verbleif's software and your administration.

Installing the app

To install the app, you need to have access to the App Store, in which case a market stall will appear at the top of your Booking Experts menu bar. If you don't already have this, ask your organisation manager for App Store permissions.

Click on the market stall icon for the App Store and find your Verbleif app. Then click + Install. Here you will see an overview of what the app can access in your administration(s). Choose the administration(s) for which this application should be installed and click Install.

Log in with your Verbleif credentials to set up the link further.

In Verbleif, choose the administration you want to link to the Verbleif account. The moment you have chosen this and click ‘Complete and start import’, the data will be pulled in from Booking Experts in the background.

Tasks from Booking Experts are automatically loaded into Verbleif;

  • Tasks from Verbleif are automatically loaded into Booking Experts;
    • A completed cleaning task is processed immediately, allowing reception to check in a guest without having to contact a colleague.
  • Mobile tasks app that can also be used offline;
  • Receive instant notifications on your phone of new or changed tasks;
  • From Verbleif, you can use all task functions as in Booking Experts, i.e. link to accommodation and/or facilities;
  • In Verbleif, you have the option to assign tasks to a department, a team or multiple employees, this is especially useful if you don't want to give every employee access to Booking Experts.
