Amplixs App
The Amplixs App allows you to link Booking Experts to your Amplixs system to measure guest satisfaction. Amplixs goes beyond superficial satisfaction measurements. They analyse the why behind the answers so you can make targeted improvements.
Amplixs can be seen as an extension of your own reviews from Booking Experts. You can use the reviews from Amplixs to go deeper into certain business issues. For example, these are also not loaded with your accommodation in the search and book. We therefore recommend that you ask the questions from Amplixs less about the accommodation and instead include these questions in the reviews you send from Booking Experts.
Installing the app
To install the app, you need to have access to the App Store. A market stall will appear at the top of your Booking Experts menu bar in this case. If you don't already have this, ask your organisation manager for App Store permissions.
Click on the market stall icon for the App Store and then choose the Amplixs app.
After that, click +Install at the app. Here you will see an overview of what the app can access in your administration(s). Choose the administration(s) for which you want to install this app and click Install.
You will then be taken to a contact form, here you can specify a time to discuss further details of the questionnaire and app, fill in the details.
When the application has been sent, Amplixs will contact you to make the further settings. Click the button to return to the app.
Create/personalise questionnaire
After you have left your details, Amplixs will contact you to discuss your requirements. Together, you will create a perfect questionnaire for your guest based on the desired measurement points.
This questionnaire will automatically be sent by e-mail 1 day after the departure of your guest. You also create the accompanying e-mail in the Amplixs system.
