Privacy and Cookie Policy

The 'Privacy and Cookie Policy Page' feature is being implemented to provide users with more transparency about how their data is processed.

In the PMS, under 'Brands and portals', we have implemented a privacy and cookie policy page that is automatically generated. This page provides a customizable privacy and cookie policy, allowing brand administrators to use the standard template or link a custom URL. On this standard page, the data processors detected via the following will be automatically listed:

• Google Tag Manager
• Cookies
• System data processors
• App Store data processors

How do I set up the page?

You can set up the page by going to 'Brands and Portals' in the PMS and clicking on your brand. Then scroll down to 'Privacy' where you can choose from three options: Disabled, Custom, and Default.

• Custom

  If you select 'Custom', you can enter the URL for your privacy and cookie policy page.

• Standard

  If you select 'Standard', you will use our automatically generated page. Here, you can replace the default text with your own content. Additionally, you can decide which linked data processors to display by clicking on 'Manage Linked Data Processors'.
