Qenner

The connection between BEX PMS and Interhome is provided by channel manager Qenner. Qenner also offers other integrations. To use the integration with Interhome, you must have a contract with Qenner. Contact Qenner via support@qenner.com or +31088-25 00 000 before installing this app.

How to install the app?

Once logged into your Booking Experts PMS, go to the App Store in the light green menu bar. To do this, click on the market stall icon. Type 'Interhome' in the search bar and click the appropriate result. You are now on the app's detail page. Click the green ‘+Install’ button to install the app. In the next screen, you can see exactly what information is read and sent by Interhome. At the bottom of this page, you will link your administrations. Check the ‘Access’ box for each administration for which you want to apply Interhome. Then click ‘Install’ to authorise the app and complete the installation.

When you install the app, a channel named 'Interhome' is automatically created in your PMS. The default payment policy is applied. If you want to use a different payment policy, you can adjust this in the Interhome channel settings. Go to the overview of channels in the settings menu (gear icon) and click the 'Interhome' channel. Then click 'Edit', here you can choose a different payment policy in the 'Payment policies' block.

Complete the settings

To complete the settings of this integration, please contact Qenner. There are no further actions that you can perform yourself on the detail page of the Interhome app.

Good to know about this integration:

  • Availability and prices are passed on in real time.
  • Media and descriptions are not shared via this integration, but you can provide them separately to Qenner for processing at Interhome.
  • Interhome is a Touroperator. This means that the guest pays (partially) to Interhome, and Interhome pays you via channel settlements.
