Block accommodation for rental via front office and channel
This article explains how an accommodation can be blocked for rental through the front office and channels.
An accommodation can be blocked for rental via the front office and channels. All available periods will be blocked at once. This can be used when an accommodation still has reservations in the future but you don't want to offer the accommodation on the site anymore.
1. Search for the accommodation via the general search screen at the top right of the screen;
2. Click Edit;
3. Check the option: Blocked for new reservations made through frontoffice or touroperators;
4. Click Save accommodation to save the changes.
All available periods are now blocked for rental via the front office channels.
Through the back office, it is still possible to make a reservation. Upon making a reservation, you will see a notice of the block on your screen, but a reservation can still be made.
