This article explains how to handle a no-show.

A no-show refers to when guests do not show up without having canceled. You cannot check in or check out these reservations because they would otherwise be taken into account with calculations such as the statistics and payouts for tourist tax.

You can cancel and credit the invoice of these reservations in the reservation field. You can also choose to invoice charges and send a modified invoice to the guest.
