Processing no-show
A no-show is a reservation where visitors, without canceling, simply do not show up. These reservations cannot be checked in and checked out, otherwise they will be counted in the statistics and bills for tourist tax, among other things.
To process a no show, you need to cancel the reservation in the overview of the reservation in question. Here you can still choose to charge a fee and send an adjusted invoice to the customer.
There is no set process to process a no show, every organization does this differently. Tip: In any case, make sure that your payment status returns to zero.
