In this support article you will read how to use the open payments and tasks on the dashboard in Booking Experts.
The Check-ins overview gives you a direct insight into whether the invoices have been paid by the guest. This also indicates whether the tasks that are necessary for checking in the guest have been completed, and are checked off.
When the amount had been fully paid, it will say Paid. If there is still an outstanding amount, the outstanding amount will be displayed.
When tasks displays 0/4, it means that zero out of the four tasks that were created with the reservation have been completed. If these tasks are colored red, that means they should be completed before he guest's arrival. If these task are colored green, that means they are completed. By clicking on the tasks you will immediately see the overview of the tasks for this reservation.
