Search & book - Highlighted amenities

You can choose to highlight certain facilities from BEX PMS on the website. These are then displayed in the search & book overview. It is useful to highlight unique facilities that do not appear in all types, so that visitors can quickly see the distinction.

How do you highlight facilities?

  1. Choose ‘Search & book’ in the left-hand menu.
  2. In the submenu, choose ‘Highlighted amenities’.
  3. Click ‘New’ at the top right and select the feature you want to highlight press ‘Save’.

The highlighted amenities you have chosen will now appear on the website in the search & book.

Tip: We recommend highlighting a maximum of 3 facilities per type. This keeps the search & book clear.
