Belvilla App

Belvilla is a pull connection. This means that Belvilla pulls availability and prices from Booking Experts. Both rentals and additional costs are read out. In addition, Belvilla has the ability to process cancellations.

Installation

To link with Belvilla, you need to complete the following steps:

  1. Create a channel for Belvilla. You can do this via this page
  2. Install the application
  3. Select the 'Belvilla' channel for reservations and availability

Invoicing

With Belvilla, the rental itself is invoiced to the guest. So the guest does not pay this part via Booking Experts.

You need to set the following in the channel for this:

  • Rent is invoiced to the channel
  • Cost items are invoiced to the guest
