You can set a default channel for backoffice reservations. This is convenient when you work with different channels for backoffice reservations than the default 'Backoffice' channel. You will no longer have to adjust the channel for every manual backoffice reservation.
View default channel
You can now set a default channel for reservations made via the back office.
1. Use the gear icon in the upper right corner to navigate to Administration settings;
2. Select Channels in the right submenu;
3. In the overview you can directly see which channel is the default channel.

Set default channel
The default channel for back office reservations can be set via the following steps.
1. Use the gear icon in the upper right corner to navigate to Administration settings;
2. Select Channels in the right submenu;
3. Click Edit next to the relevant channel;
4. Here you can check the box in order to set the channel as the default channel for reservations via the backoffice.
