Accept or reject new reservations

In this article you can read more about accepting or rejecting reservations at your own accommodation.

If you have the rights to accept or reject bookings yourself, you will receive an internal message and e-mail for each new reservation.

Via the e-mail you can have a look at the reservation details. From here, you can accept or reject the reservation.
In case you reject a reservation a message is sent to the park or organization which will handle the rejection further. When rejecting a reservation you will have to give up a reason and click on Reject this reservation! afterwards.
