Communication with the park or organization

In this article you can read how you as an owner can communicate with the park or the organization.

It is possible to have all communication with the park or the organization through the owner's portal. You can send and receive messages in your own 'inbox'. When a comment is placed on your message, you will also receive this response in your own inbox on your personal page. This is indicated by a red balloon.

To create a message, click on the menu bar on Internal Messages, then choose to create a New internal message.

All communication can be found under the various tabs. If you cannot find a certain message quickly, you can use the search fields to search within the subject or text of the message.

If you have read, processed and processed a message, you can archive it. This ensures that it no longer comes back in your inbox. You can of course retrieve it in the Archived tab.
