Task costs

In the leisure industry, accommodation is often sold to individuals or investors to use for their own use or for return. The letting party of the accommodation is then responsible for maintenance, among other things. This is generally carried out by the technical department. This gives the advantage that any problems such as leaks or broken Amenities can be addressed immediately. The letting party can then claim the costs incurred from the owner.

For example, consider minor repair work done by the technical service such as replacing a lamp. You can charge this lamp and the employee's time to the owner.

Creating Costs Tasks

In the task module, you can create costs to be charged to the owner. To do this, you enter a description, a price and link to the correct ledger number. It is therefore recommended to enter every product in your stock here. This way, you can invoice the tasks in a streamlined process.

Think, for example, of replacing a lamp, a broken glass, clogging the toilet, cleaning a sofa and descaling a coffee machine.

The price and description can be customised in the Invoice line during owner billing.

Adding incurred costs to a task

When a task is completed by an employee, this records the time it took to complete the task. The employee also specifies the materials he used or replaced.

After completing the task, you can add the time card and/or used materials. A task is set to checked as soon as this time card and the used materials are approved. You can then start invoicing the owner.
