When do you bill something to an owner?

When a time card is present or materials have been consumed, you can invoice the owner for these costs. Think about the time the technical service spent on a repair, the cost of a new light bulb or washing the windows.

How do you bill these costs to the owner?

When the task has been completed and reviewed, you can start creating an invoice for the owner. You can do this by clicking on invoice owner. Then you are taken to the concept invoice. Here you can add the registered hours and the materials used. Everything completed? Then send the invoice via send invoice. The owner will now receive the invoice and can pay it.

Did you know that you can put multiple tasks on 1 invoice? This way the owner will only receive 1 invoice and not a new one for each task.

Attention! When creating a task, check the box "Executors can enter Costs and Timecards for this task". With this you give the Executor the possibility to enter Costs and/or Timecards in the Executors Portal, so you can invoice Owners.
