Invoicing tasks to owners
If your administration works with owners, it may happen that the owner is responsible for all maintenance, but the staff of the holiday park still carries out certain maintenance tasks. You want to be able to charge these todos to the owner.
Often, this allows you to solve maintenance problems faster, while the owner has less work, and usually lower costs as well.
Setting up a todo for checking and invoicing
To be able to invoice a todo, you must check the boxes 'Todo has to be checked' and 'Todo has to be invoiced' when creating or editing this todo. If you have created material costs and hourly rates, the executor or administrator can add these costs to a todo. After completion of the todo, you can invoice these costs to the owner.
Todo invoice for owner
When the todo has been completed and checked, you can create an invoice for the owner. Click on the blue button '+Invoice owner' within the todo. You will now see the corresponding concept invoice, with the registered costs in the invoice lines. These costs are still fully adjustable.
Invoice items can be edited via the pencil icon, or deleted by clicking on the trash can icon. You can also add invoice items by clicking on a cost item in the right-hand menu under the heading 'Extras'.
Todo invoices for several completed todos for a single object/owner are automatically combined on one concept invoice.
If you are ready to send the invoice directly to the owner, click 'Send invoice' at the top right. If you want to send several concept invoices at the same time, you do this via the invoice overview in the Financial module.
In the todos module you can simultaneously mark multiple todos as checked, or as invoiced. If you invoice todos in bulk, you will find the corresponding concept invoices in the invoice overview in the Financial module, 'Concept' tab.
