Registering hours using time cards

When a todo is completed by an executor, for example an employee of the technical department, time cards record the time it took to complete it.

Add time card

With the time card you can register how much time an executor spent on a toto.

You can add one or more time cards per todo.

The executors register the hours worked through the executor portal and this becomes visible on a todo's time card. When an executor starts and then stops a task, the BEX PMS automatically registers how much time they spent on the todo. The executor then ticks whether the hours worked should be recorded.

Changing the hourly rate

The hourly rate can be adjusted through the todo cost item '1 hour of work performed'. Click here for more information on setting the hourly rate for time cards.
