Registering timesheets and materials on todos

Executors and contractors can log in to their own todo environment, and from there open a task and register timesheets and materials if necessary. Employees with rights for the todos module can also register timesheets and materials on todos in the PMS. For this, you have to determine material costs and hourly rates first.

Employee in the BEX PMS

Go to the todos module, and open the correct todo. If necessary, use the available filters to find the correct todo. Register timesheet: Click 'Add' at 'Timesheets'. In the pop-up, enter the hours and minutes worked. The date can also be adjusted. Click 'Save'. It is possible to add multiple timesheets. Register materials: Click 'Add' at 'Expenses incurred'. In the pop-up, select the correct cost item from a drop-down menu. Enter the quantity, and optionally a description. Click 'Save'. You can add multiple cost items.

Administrator of contractor

Go to the 'Todos' tab, on the left side of the bar. Open the correct todo. Register timesheet: Click 'Add' at 'Timesheets'. In the pop-up, enter the hours and minutes worked. The date can also be adjusted. Click 'Save'. It is possible to add multiple timesheets.

Register materials: Click 'Add' at 'Expenses incurred'. In the pop-up, select the correct cost item from a drop-down menu. Enter the quantity, and optionally a description. Click 'Save'. You can add multiple cost items.

Executor

After logging in to the Todos app, click on the correct todo. Click 'Start' when you begin, and 'Stop' when you are finished. Register timesheet: Check the box next to 'Yes, I want to register my hours worked'. The elapsed time in hours and minutes is pre-filled for you, but can be edited. Register materials: Under 'Expenses incurred', click 'Add'. Choose the correct quantity, and the correct cost item. Click 'Add' again to add more material costs. Any special details can be entered in the comments field. Click 'Register'.
